Also, we are neither engaged in nor support lawyer's publicity. We are not a lawyer’s rating or ranking platform.

Via our platform, users are intended to choose their specific potential legal advisors/lawyer(s) by their own discretion, and if requirementsof the former and credentials and fee of the latter match,they may further communicate, meet and foster client-lawyer relationships of their own accord, without any engagement or obligation from our end.

Whenever we use the words "your Lawyer" or "your Professional" or "service provider" or similar words on www.kwickwash.in, including in our T&C, we mean your personal Lawyer / professional with whom you have an actual, mutually acknowledged, Lawyer-client relationship (or the same kind of formal, real-world relationship between you and your personal professional service provider). We have no control over the services and documents provided by the Lawyers, and we will not be responsible incase of any issues/discrepancies, of any nature, with the services and documents provided/availed.

That you acknowledge that the concerned/applicable Lawyer/Law Firm will be solely responsible for providing its services to you;

That you approve that any or all claims arising out of your relationship(s) with any Lawyer(s) or Law Firm(s) shall be brought solely against them;

Governing Principles and Law: Any dispute or claim relating to it, its enforceability or its termination under our T&C shall be governed by the principles enshrined in or T&C, or alternative dispute resolution may be sought under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by us. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in English language at Pune (Maharashtra). Our T&C shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune (Maharashtra) only.

Waiver: Unless otherwise expressly stated, failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy, hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of any other rights or remedies, and no single or partial exercise of any right or remedy, hereunder shall prevent any further exercise of the right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

Severability: If any provision, hereunder becomes, in whole or in part, invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of that provision was deleted, that provision shall apply with such deletions as may be necessary to make it valid. If any court/tribunal of competent jurisdiction holds any of the provisions, hereunder unlawful or otherwise ineffective, the remainder shall remain in full force and the unlawful or otherwise ineffective provision shall be substituted by a new provision reflecting the intent of the provision so substituted.
